The BRAC WASH programme works with the whole community in 250 sub districts and has a particular emphasis on poor and ultra-poor households without access to a safe water supply or hygienic latrines. This report details the findings from the second round in the WASH II hard-to-reach upazilas and highlights where progress has already been made and which components of the programme still require extra attention for success.
