The 2012 Raising Even More Clean Hands report provides a guide for helping policy makers and educators to advance health, learning, and equity through WASH in Schools. WASH in Schools improves the health of children across the globe by helping people to fulfil every child’s right to water, sanitation and hygiene education. This report provides information about WASH in Schools, how it can improve health outcomes, boost school attendance, promote inclusion, and reach out to families and communities. Finally, it provides six points of action for WASH in Schools and offers advice on how to maintain momentum of the movement.
